Once we have received and verified your payment, we will process & dispatch your order within 2 days.
Expected delivery times (Business Days)- UK: 1 to 3, Europe: 3 to 5, USA: 5-7. Rest of the world: 5-10.

Online purchases made through MovingYoung© valid for credit, or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.
If your items are damaged, faulty, you have received the wrong item or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Any Shipping fees on the original order are Final and will not be Refunded.
You will receive the refund within 3 business days or have an exchanged order sent out to you after we receive the return proof.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for arranging shipment.
We'll email you once we process your refund or exchange.
Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the items back to us.
Missing Items and Partial Delivery
In some cases we have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster. Please rest assured, if we make a mistake, we will resend the missing item for free within the warranty period.
